How ESH reviews jobs, service providers, mentors, startup profiles and paid visibility.
Review before publication
Marketplace submissions are not automatically public. ESH may review identity, relevance, completeness, claims and compliance before publication, and may reject or remove submissions that are misleading, unlawful, inappropriate or outside the marketplace scope.
Paid placement
Payment purchases a defined commercial placement or subscription, not an endorsement, verification result, editorial ranking, investment judgement or guarantee of leads. Featured and sponsored placements are labelled clearly.
Trader and provider information
Commercial providers and employers are responsible for accurate identity, contact, pricing, vacancy and service information. ESH may request additional verification before publication or transactional functionality.
Jobs
Job listings must represent genuine vacancies or opportunities and should not contain deceptive compensation, unlawful discrimination or misleading employer claims. External applications take place under the employer's own process unless ESH explicitly states otherwise.
Mentors and professional services
Mentor and provider profiles describe areas of experience, not guaranteed outcomes. Users should independently assess whether a provider is appropriately qualified for regulated legal, tax, investment, medical or other professional advice.
Reporting and redress
Users can report misleading or unlawful marketplace content through the ESH contact route. ESH should document review, moderation and appeal procedures appropriate to the service as the marketplace expands.
