Prices and taxes

Prices shown at checkout are in EUR unless stated otherwise. VAT and other taxes must be handled according to the buyer, supply, location and applicable rules. ESH should configure its final VAT/OSS invoicing process before large-scale cross-border consumer sales.

One-time digital purchases

Courses, bootcamps, accelerator programmes, listing packages and other one-time products are supplied according to the description shown at purchase. Programme dates, access periods and delivery arrangements should be confirmed in the order confirmation.

Recurring subscriptions

Founder Pro, Startup Growth, Startup Scale and other recurring products renew at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Where Stripe Billing Portal is enabled, customers can manage payment methods and cancellation through the secure billing route. Mandatory consumer cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Marketplace publication

Payment for a listing or featured placement does not override ESH review. Where a paid submission is rejected before publication, the final operating policy must specify the refund process and timing. ESH should not advertise automated refunds until the live payment workflow actually supports them.

Digital-content and programme changes

ESH may update course materials, programme sequence, instructors, dates or delivery arrangements where reasonably necessary, while respecting applicable consumer rights and material promises made at purchase.

Refunds, withdrawals and cancellations

Final refund and withdrawal rules depend on the product, whether performance has begun, the buyer type and applicable consumer law. ESH must publish the final legally reviewed policy before relying on exclusions from statutory withdrawal rights for digital content or scheduled services.

Payment provider

Card and subscription payments can be processed through Stripe when activated. ESH does not store full card details in this website package.
